equipment itself can provide inaccurate
readings. A water & sewer audit will
tell you if you are purchasing from the
right supplier, whether your supplier is
billing you per metered analysis or flat
rate estimates, and give you a clear idea
of your overall costs and options.

Our
Auditors Will… |
| |
| • |
|
Check billing to be sure you are being
charged according to your current
rate schedule. |
| • |
|
Expose billing
errors and take all necessary steps
to obtain refunds on your behalf. |
| • |
|
Consider possible
alternate tariff rates that may better
meet your needs. |
| • |
|
Make recommendations
for ongoing savings in the future,
to include the water you use, as well
as the water / sewer you expel. |
| • |
|
Work with your
utility supplier and staff to implement
the recommendations you approve. |
| • |
|
Review your
invoices on a quarterly basis to safeguard
against future billing errors. |

How
to Get Started |
| |
If
you are spending at least $4,200 per month
on your water & sewer expenses, you
qualify for this expense category. To get
started, we will need the following: |
| |
| • |
|
A signed ERE agreement |
| • |
|
12 to 24 months
of your invoices |
| • |
|
A copy of your
Water & Sewage contracts (if any) |
|
| |
Our
goal is to keep the total time invested
on your part at a minimum
– simply provide us with the necessary
paperwork, and that’s it! Allow us
30 to 60 days to do our audit. Upon completion
of the audit, we will present our recommendations
for past credits and future savings. We
implement only the recommendations you approve.
And since ERE does not get paid until you
realize your savings, our water & sewer
audit is 100% risk-free. If we can’t
save you money, there is no charge for our
services. Sound too good to be true? It’s
not. |
